Getting to Know You #4

1. If a person has a booger in their nose. and you can see it, do you tell them?
I really don't look at people's noses that closely ha! If it's my husband I tell him ;-) Really, how can you not feel that there is one there??


2. What are you passionate about? Lots of things! The thing I'm most passionate about is healthy eating and how I can improve my life and health.


3. How long have you been blogging? 5 years!! Not here though. I had a private blog elsewhere.


4. What is your favorite "summer" drink? Lemonaide from scratch made with honey or stevia. It's tasty!


5. What is your favorite type of music? A little bit of everything.


6. Something I do before I go to bed is......? Go to the bathroom! I don't like having to get up in the middle of the night to do so :-/


7. My Summer vacation plans are...? We just came back from Branson, MO and next trip will be San Antonio. Other than that I plan on spending lots of time in my own pool ;-)


8. My favorite must have, can't live without, beauty product is? Eye cream! Keeps the dark circles and lines away.

Getting to Know You #3

1. The most expensive thing hanging in my closet is.....?

My wedding dress! Yes, 6 years later it's still on the hanger. Yes, I know, it's bad for it to be stored that way!

 

2. Have you ever played a team sport?

Nope.

 

3. If you were a bug, what kind would you be?

Lady bug. They are so pretty, they aren't annoying and serve a really good purpose in the garden ;-)

 

4. Where on your body is the worst place to get sunburned? 

Anywhere! Ugh!

5. Are you happy?

Yes :-)

6. People are always abbreviating..are there any abbreviations that make your skin crawl when people use them?

I hate seeing "ur" for "your"!

 

7. Do you love where you live..or could you live anywhere?

Believe me, I have thought about moving far away the last few months. Ha! I'm starting to realize I am NOT a winter person. I need warmth and sunshine! I think I would love to live somewhere close to the beach.

8. What, if any, extreme measures do you go to to keep yourself from overeating when you're full?

I can't say I have ever done anything. But if you drop a hair on my food, even if it's my own I can't continuing eating, PERIOD. I come close to loosing what I just ate.  I have major food aversions when it comes to finding hair in my food :-/

Getting to Know You #2

This weeks questions...

1. What has been your most memorable Mother's Day? (with your mom, as a mom, or with your wife)
Last year was my first year to celebrate Mother's Day so of course it is my most memorable :-)

2. Have you ever been pulled over for speeding and were you able to talk your way out of it?
Yes, but only once. I didn't talk my way out of it. However he did let me go ;-)

3. What's the oldest thing you have hanging in your closet?
I think I still have my riding pants! That means they are around 17 years old. Yikes!! I have no clue why I still have them...


4. Do you whiten your teeth?
Yes. I used some of my highschool graduation money to buy the molds and gel from my dentist. This reminds me I need to whiten again...

5. Underwear or Panties..What do you call your "unmentionables"?
Both.

6. If you could go on vacation right now..today..where would you go?
On another cruise!! That reminds me I never got around to posting about my cruise on my blog. I will get to working on that. It was the best vacation I have ever had, so relaxing.

7. Do you get offended when people cuss on their blogs?
Yes I do! I don't follow blogs that use language.

8. If you had to give up one luxury item, it would be....?
The TV.

1. Are you superstitious?
No.

2. If you were an animal..what kind would you be?
Horse! I LOVE horses and used to take riding lessons. As you know I love to run too. What a perfect combo than being an animal that I love and naturally running faster than any record setting runner ;-)


3. You would never catch me wearing.........?
Tight leggings.....eeek!! I may have worn those when I was in 2nd grade, but you'll never see me wear them as an adult!


4.  If someone posts a VLOG..do you watch it?
I love watching VLOGs! I have yet to do one myself...


5. Have you ever waxed your girlie/manly parts..or any other part of your body?
Um, WOW, that's a little too personal question for me!!


6. Are you a spender or a saver?
A little of both.


7. If  you were starring in a movie..who would you want to play your leading man/woman?
My husband! But if I had to choose a celebrity: Daniel Craig! (the new "James Bond") Because he looks so much like my husband ;-)


8. Smoker..never smoked..social smoker..or smoked back in the day?
NEVER had a smoke of anything (or any type of drugs for that matter!!) and I am very proud to say that.
