I just started counting weight watcher points again this week trying to get the last of the post baby pudge off. Fiber is one of the keys to figuring points on each food. The pastry is not as sweet as the other no-nutritional toaster pastries, but had plenty of flavor. It went great with my morning cup of coffee and I even had one for a post run snack. One pastry has 5 grams of fiber which is 20% of your Daily Values and calculates to less than 4 points a piece. The Fiber One Toaster Pastry comes in four flavors: Blueberry, Brown Sugar Cinnamon, Chocolate Fudge and Strawberry. I am going to pick me up some Blueberry ones when I go to the store next. I absolutely love anything blueberry and since it's healthier than the other options I don't feel guilty.
