Our Loaded Mashed Potatoes Experience!
We love mashed potatoes and have them often with our meals. However making mashed potatoes from scratch is time consuming. Since I just had a baby two weeks ago my time is pretty limited when it comes to fixing meals. I'm choosing simpler meals that are more convenient during these first few weeks while we get settled into a new routine.
Betty Crocker sent me this fun Loaded Mashed Potatoes Pack to try out. I had never tried the loaded mashed potatoes before and was curious to try them They were so simple to make and didn't take long at all. Super creamy and full of flavor these were better than I really expected! I didn't think instant potatoes could be creamy, but I was wrong. The loaded mashed potatoes were a great side dish to our grilled chicken and it definitely took much less time to make than traditional mashed potatoes. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other flavors over the next few weeks.
