Please Note:

My Misikko Flat Iron Experience!

I am thrilled to review the Hana Professional Flat Iron 1" from Misikko. I have one flat iron, but it's not a professional one and you can tell when I use it. I always love how my hair looks after I see the beautician and she uses her professional flat iron on my hair to style it. Now I can have great looking hair at home, everyday. Awesome!


I received my package fast from Misikko. When I opened the box all the goodies were securely packed and smelled divine from the Hana ShineShield Heat Styling Therapy Protectant inside the box. I received the Pink Edition Hana Professional Flat Iron 1", the Hana ShineShield Heat Styling Therapy Protectant, Misikko Black Heat Proof Mat, pink Hana Silicon Heat Proof Mat, Hana Travel Case & Tin, a bottle of hand sanitizer and Misikko emery boards. I was pleasantly surprised with the nice selection of items that came with my Hana Flat Iron. 

First off I read the instructional manual to see what setting I needed to put the Hana Flat Iron on. I decided to set it on the normal hair setting and gave it a little bit to warm up. While waiting I snapped a picture of my hair before I flat ironed. Since it was raining I was excited to see how this flat iron would work. My old flat iron doesn't seem to do a very good job in humidity (let alone normal weather). As you can tell my hair looks really icky when it's not flat ironed. I am also way past due a hair cut as well (I'm trying to let it grow out a tad because it makes it easier to keep it back when I'm running).

After I snapped my photo I applied the Hana ShineShield Heat Styling Therapy Protectant to my hair. I loved how the protectant smelled. It was a nice clean scent, but not too strong. It left my hair feeling light and silky. Next I used the Pink Edition Hana Professional Flat Iron 1" all over my hair. It was very easy to use and glided through my hair easily. I could tell that the heat on this flat iron was much hotter than my old one. I was happy that I got the results I wanted after one swipe on each section of hair. When I had finished with my flat iron my hair looked great. My hair looks so much better with the Pink Edition Hana Professional Flat Iron 1" than with my old flat iron! Thank you Misikko!
