The Best Bottom Diapers system offers 3 different sizes of inserts to snap into the PUL cover. You will have the perfect fit with this diaper because the insert will be the size your baby needs. There are also a variety of inserts available depending on your absorption needs. The Stay Dry Insert consists of 4 layers of microfiber and topped with a soft no-pill fleece to pull away wetness from the baby. There is also a Hemp/Organic Insert that consists of 5 layers of hemp/Certified cotton topped with a soft layer of hemp/Certified Organic cotton fleece. If you typically need extra coverage over night, add an Overnight Insert and it will give you 6 layers of microfiber or a Doubler Insert which is 2 layers of microfiber to keep your baby leak free. All of these inserts are super trim and still offer excellent absorption.

To use the Best Bottom Diapers, simply adjust the rise setting in the front of the diaper and then snap in your insert inside the diaper. The inserts have two snaps which keep them fastened at both ends of the diaper to prevent slipping while inside the diaper. When it is time to change baby's diaper and the cover is unsoiled, just unsnap the soiled insert and snap a clean one in place.

Best Bottom Diapers recommends purchasing as many shells(covers) as your baby poos in a 2-3 day time period. To make it simple you will need approximately 8-10 shells and 24 inserts per size.

Our Best Bottom Diapers Experience!

When I found out Nicki from Nicki's Diapers was constructing her own diaper several months ago I was really excited! I have purchased many diapers from her including my beloved Haute Pockets.

We received the Blue Moon color and it is beautiful. I love two-toned colored diapers, so right away I love the look of these diapers. The PUL is thick yet still soft.  I admit, when I first saw the inserts I wasn't so sure that they would provide the absorption I would need for Ethan. I have at least 6 layers of microfiber in each of his diapers now. Boy was I wrong! The inserts really hold so much and they are super trim to boot. They snap in the cover easily and are easy to snap back out (that's a plus when you are changing a poo diaper!).

I was able to achieve a nice fit around his waist and legs. I love the fact these diapers have gussets and they do an excellent job of keeping stuff in the diaper. We have used the Best Bottom Diaper for day time, nap time and night time and have not experienced any leaks.

I think Nicki has done a superb job creating a diaper that is not only economical, but also provides a leak-free and really trim looking diapering system.
