Wordless Wednesday: Saying Goodbye

Chimara (left) and Gryphon (right)

It's been a tough week at our house with a couple of really difficult things going on. One of the things that we had to do was put down our eldest Malamute, Chimara. She was an Alaskan Malamute and one sweet dog. Super smart too. If you can potty train a dog in one day when they are a puppy then it just tells you how smart they are :-) My husband bought her a couple of years before we met. She was his first dog so there was a strong bond between them. Gryphon is a couple years younger and appears to be in great health still.

So sorry for your loss! **hugs** It's amazing how much pets become apart of our family. Our dogs were our "children" before we had Tate.
If only it were that easy to potty train our toddlers! ;o)

I am so sorry. She seemed like a sweet, good dog.

That's so sad. I'm sorry. I dread the day when we need to give Cadbury a graceful exit from pain.
