Google Form Trouble

I have a handful of people having difficulty with the Google Forms working correctly or displaying at all on some of the giveaways. Is anyone else having trouble?

I know that depending on how long the form is some of it might appear to be cut off. The form actually scrolls a little inside the post itself. If I hold my mouse over the form and use the rolling ball on my mouse I can slide it down to finish filling out the form. However, this may not be the problem for some of you and also, you may not have that type of mouse you can do that with.

Please let me know if you are having trouble. I can email the form directly to you for you to enter. If I keep having problems I may have to switch to the old comment form again. I would hate to someone not be able to enter one of my giveaways :-(
