We didn't find out the gender of our baby before birth so I wanted something neutral for either boy or girl. No YELLOW and No GREEN...doesn't leave much huh? So I picked robyn egg blue and chocolate brown! I spent hours and hours searching for what I wanted. It seemed that all the bedding I fell in love with was so expensive. Since I love to sew, I made everything myself and I mean everything......the sheets, valance, lamp shade, tissue box holder... with no patterns :-)
These are the pictures before baby was born...so there is a little more to the room now (and we are in a new house too!) but I didn't have time to take new pictures. Perhaps I'll take some later, since I have done a bunch of decorating in the other rooms since my posts as well!!
