I am ecstatic that Beth at Happily Domestic is doing a giveaway for a BOSCH Universal Plus Mixer! Since I am making my own organic whole wheat bread my little stand mixer can not keep up and I have to knead it by hand. The BOSCH does so much, it's amazing! Check out Beth's review about the BOSCH. I think she did a terrific job explaining and showing how it works if you have never heard of a BOSCH and what it is capable of doing.
