I just saw this story online this morning and thought I would pass it along because I know how many people eat at McDonalds. They are recalling the Shrek glasses because they have cadmium in them. Really, what do you expect from McDonalds? Their chicken nuggets are just chicken ligaments, skin and bones blended together and soaked with ammonia then deep fried in who knows what. Yeah, no new standards here!!

GROOOOOOOOSSS!!! Yes, I have banned them myself as well. If I want to kill myself I will jump off a bridge, at least that is free. lol.
Oh I know I saw that this morning as well! I'm not surprised! My husband though has gotten two of the cups. My son even touched one of them. I didn't let hime drink out of them since my hub just wanted them for looks.My son and I don't eat there but hubby likes them. I'm going to have to tell him when he gets home!
I have to agree with Beth... GROSS!!! We don't eat at fast food restaurants any more... although we do eat at Chipotle on the rare times we do eat out!

It's pretty pathetic that these cups are dangerous and are marketed to kids. But it's everywhere these days. Cribs, strollers, toys...all the time stuff being recalled because I guess the manufacturers are too lazy/don't care enough to pay attention in the first place.
I'm not a huge fan of McD's either.

Wow. We stopped eating at McDonald's after we saw the documentary, Super Size Me. That was months and months ago.

I haven't had McDonalds in years. People look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them. Their food doesn't even qualify as one of those guilty pleasures that is bad for you but you still love, because it doesn't even taste good.
