Red Roses

I have a beautiful red rose climber on our pool deck. It's in bloom! I had to share the pictures. I love really full roses, but even thought it is not a full rose, the color of this red is really pretty with the white stripes.

Here is a close up of a bloom. I used my Scrapbook Digital Artist2 (dont forget the giveaway ends 05/17!!) for the effects. I "protected" the bloom to keep the color and clarity. Then turned the rest of the photo to black and white and used the "Oil" effect on that as well.I should have soften up the edges a little on the rose. Oh well, I'm still learning :-)
